I can provide a superbill for those who want to private pay for their services. This is an elaborate receipt with all the necessary information typically used to seek reimbursement from insurance companies. Due to the small size of my practice, I do not provide secondary insurance billing. Private pay clients are expected to pay for their services the same day it is provided. For clients who have insurance I am contracted with, I bill your insurance directly on your behalf. In that scenario, clients would only be responsible for what insurance charges do not cover for counseling services covered under their plan.
