Jennifer utilizes Simple Practice, an online private practice platform that manages scheduling, insurance billing, and individual client accounts. She subcontracts with an insurance biller to help with the complexities of insurance billing.

For those who are seeking a psychological assessment via private pay or who have insurance Jennifer is not contracted with, she will provide a Superbill. This is an elaborate receipt with all the necessary information typically used to seek reimbursement from insurance companies she is not contracted with. Due to the small size of her practice, she does not provide secondary insurance billing. If Jennifer is not contracted with your insurance company, the client or family is expected to provide payment at the time of service via cash, check, or charge. For clients who have insurance listed above, her insurance biller will submit insurance billing on your behalf. In that scenario, clients would only be responsible for what insurance charges do not cover for counseling services covered under their plan.
